Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

Installing or using the app means that you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you must not use the app.

2. Purpose of the app

Calcul’EPS is a calculation tool designed for educational, sports and practical use. It can add, subtract, multiply, divide, average and compare times; calculate a missing value between time, distance and pace; work with MAS or percentage of MAS; convert distances; and prepare sets and repetitions.

3. Results and user responsibility

Results are produced from the values and units entered by the user. The user remains solely responsible for data accuracy, parameter selection, unit verification and interpretation of the results.

4. Data and privacy

No account is required to use the main features. Calculations, settings and any saved items are processed locally on the device, except when the user deliberately shares them or when the operating system applies its own backup mechanism.

The publisher does not sell user data or transmit it to third parties by default. Users remain responsible for the security of their device and for any information they enter, retain or share.

5. Permitted use

The app must be used lawfully and for its intended purpose. Users must not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass its protections, extract its code, or use it in a way that infringes third-party rights.

6. Availability and limitations

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the app operating correctly but does not guarantee that it will be entirely free from errors, interruptions, incompatibilities or data loss.

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage caused by incorrect input, an unsuitable unit, misinterpretation or inappropriate use of a result.

7. Intellectual property

The code, interface, text, visual assets, logo and overall structure of Calcul’EPS are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, distribution or reuse is prohibited.

8. Data deletion

Saved items can be removed from the app whenever a deletion function is provided. Uninstalling the app removes access to local data, subject to any backup mechanisms provided by the device or operating system.

9. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, its features or the legal framework. The version published on this page is the current version.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.
