Solo Sports TOURNAMENT

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Solo Sports TOURNAMENT application.
The app allows users to manage players, groups, quick matches, challenges, round-robin tournaments, knockout stages, rankings, and an educational ATP tracking system.
Acceptance
Using the app implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the app.
App Purpose
Solo Sports TOURNAMENT is intended for educational, sports, and organizational use, particularly in the context of physical education.
It enables users to track players’ progress over time, connect multiple forms of practice, and generate rankings and exports useful for teachers and coaches.
Processed Data
The app may locally store data on the device such as players’ first and last names, group or class, sex, level, results, statistics, rankings, tournament history, backups, and exports.
This data is entered, imported, or validated under the sole responsibility of the user.
Storage and Confidentiality
Data used by the app is, by default, stored locally on the device.
The publisher does not sell data and does not transmit it to third parties by default.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of the device, backups, exports, and compliance with the rules applicable in their institution or organization.
Import, Export, and Compatibility
The app allows data imports and exports, including CSV, PDF, AirDrop, and files compatible with a Pronote export.
The user remains solely responsible for imported or exported content, its verification, its distribution, and its compliance.
Compatibility with Pronote export files refers only to technical file format usage and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Index Éducation or the Pronote service.
Authorized Use
The app is intended for lawful, educational, and organizational use.
It must not be used to process or distribute data in violation of individuals’ rights, internal institutional rules, or any applicable regulations.
User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of entered or imported data,
- the use of generated rankings and results,
- verifying content before sharing a PDF, CSV, or AirDrop export,
- and compliance with any obligations relating to student or player data.
The user must ensure they have the necessary authorizations to use the information integrated into the app.
Availability and Limitations
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the app, without guaranteeing the complete absence of errors, bugs, data loss, or interruptions.
The app is provided as is. The publisher cannot be held responsible for the consequences of data entry errors, incorrect settings, misinterpreted rankings, local data loss, or inappropriate use.
Intellectual Property
The elements of the app, including code, interface, visuals, texts, and overall structure, are protected under applicable law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, distribution, or reuse is prohibited.
Data Deletion
The user may delete data directly from the app by removing players, groups, challenges, backups, rankings, or tournaments concerned.
Uninstalling the app removes local access to its data on the device, subject to the device system’s own mechanisms or the user’s backups.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Use may be modified to reflect changes in the app, its features, or the applicable legal framework.
The version displayed in the app is the version currently in force.
