Terms of Use

ChronoRelaisEPS helps users manage and organize sprint and relay lessons and units, time performances, create teams, track statistics, and carry out assessments.

1. Acceptance

Installing or using the app constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. Purpose of the app

ChronoRelaisEPS is intended for educational, sports, and organizational use, particularly in Physical Education.

It can be used to manage students and groups, organize sprint and relay units, record times, run a multi-athlete stopwatch, create relay teams, set goals, configure grading scales, produce assessments, and analyze progress.

This data is entered, imported, or validated under the user's sole responsibility.

4. Storage and privacy

No account is required to use the main features. By default, data is stored locally on the device. The publisher does not sell this data or transmit it to third parties by default.

The user is responsible for device security, backups, exported files, and compliance with the rules applicable within their school or organization.

5. Import, export, and compatibility

The app can import or export data, including CSV and PDF files, and may support files created by a Pronote export.

The user remains solely responsible for the content imported or exported, its verification, distribution, and compliance.

Compatibility with a Pronote file format is a technical compatibility feature only. It does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Index Éducation or the Pronote service.

6. Authorized use

The app must be used lawfully for educational and organizational purposes. It must not be used to process or distribute data in violation of individual rights, internal school rules, or any applicable regulation.

8. Availability and limitations

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the app operating correctly but does not guarantee that it will be entirely free from errors, bugs, interruptions, or data loss.

The app is provided "as is." The publisher cannot be held liable for consequences arising from input errors, incorrect settings, misinterpretation of an assessment, local data loss, or inappropriate use.

Recommendation: check your data regularly and retain any necessary exports or backups.

9. Intellectual property

The app's code, interface, visuals, text, logos, and general structure are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, distribution, or reuse is prohibited.

10. Data deletion

Users can delete students, groups, units, teams, performances, grading scales, and other data directly from the app. Uninstalling the app removes local access to its data, subject to any backup mechanisms provided by the device or operating system.

11. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, its features, or the applicable legal framework. The version published on this page is the version currently in force.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
